We as Doddl do everything we can to ensure that you do not have to return your products. You can pay attention to the following points when ordering on our webshop:

If you have any doubts about a product, make use of our non-binding advice. Good advice is half the battle! Contact us by mail ([email protected]) or via Instagram via a personal message (DM)
Video and photos
View our photos and/or videos to get a clear picture of the product.

All additional information about the product can be found in the product text.
If, despite all the above aids, you still have to return an item, this is no problem at Doddl. We will of course be happy to help you further. Below you will find our warranty rules and a step-by-step plan that contains a clear overview of how you can return items.
You have 14 days to change your mind!
There is no need to worry if you have had a change of mind with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding postage costs). Just simply e-mail our customer service team at [email protected] to advise that you wish to return goods and we will give you a customer reference number to include with your return goods. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. You are also responsible for the goods while in transit until they reach our offices. Responsibility for loss or damage while in transit shall be borne by you or for you to dispute with your delivery service providers.
Please note, that all returned goods must be in a full un-used condition and in their original packaging, unless the item(s) are faulty or defective (see below)
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid (excluding postage and packaging costs) within 10 days. Please ensure goods reach us within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Any items not returned to us within 14 days, will not be refunded.
